Shipping policy

SHIPPING: U.S. CUSTOMERS 

U.S. orders are shipped from the U.S. through standard ground shipping. All orders ship out of California, so please allow for 3-7 business days. Hawaii and Alaska, please allow up to an additional 3 business days. 

Should your package get lost or arrive damaged, please contact customer service at hello@drinkgoodpharma.com. 

STANDARD & EXPRESS SHIPPING 

Standard orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order (excluding weekends or holidays)   Express shipments received prior to 11:00 am PST will ship the current business day.  Expedited orders received after 11:00 am PST will ship expedited the following business day.  We do not ship on the weekends or national holidays. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS 

The customer is responsible for providing all shipping information. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct and complete before submitting your order.

Good Pharma is not responsible for shipments that are delayed or returned as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages.

If you have unintentionally entered incorrect shipping information, please immediately contact Customer Support at hello@drinkgoodpharma.com. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to update the information before your package ships out, but we will do our best to change the information in the system.
